Dorothy offers in-depth residential market knowledge, familiarity with the area and a keen ability to understand every client’s unique needs. She has been a dedicated, licensed real estate professional for over 15 years and works tirelessly to help clients find the perfect new home or to sell their current home. She is experienced in assisting with retirement and corporate relocations, first-time buyers, second/vacation-home buyers, investors as well as with in-area moves when client’s needs change.Discovering the features and nuances of a new community or navigating the process of selling your home can seem like a daunting task. She focuses on Henderson and Buncombe Counties, but also works in Transylvania, Polk and Rutherford counties.

Dorothy grew up in a real estate, banking and construction family and has lived in the area since 1977. She returned to her native California in 1990 for a 13-year stint as a “florist to the stars”, but returned to the mountains of Western North Carolina to spend more time with family and pursue her passion for real estate. She lives in Henderson County and enjoys exploring our beautiful area, reading, gardening, antiquing, decorating, cooking, baking and spending time with friends and her animals.
